Be Crystal Clear

Here at BCC, we urge our students to leave negative self-talk and doubt at the door. Once you enter our bright and spacious studio space, we make it possible to deeply connect with others and yourself. Each class, no matter the style, focuses on positivity, becoming centered and grounded, and love.

Building connections between your mind, body, and spirit, as well as to others, is imperative to living an authentic, balanced life. Be Crystal Clear was created to remind others that, despite our differences, we all bleed the same color and we all experience pain – whether that be the pain of losing a loved one, seeing a loved one struggle with addiction, or dealing with unrequited love. In order to heal from our pain, we must address it. And Be Crystal Clear is a space where all can participate in the process of healing.
